Guidelines for using the Korperpflege® brand assets and trademarks.

Brand Overview

The Korperpflege® brand represents quality, innovation, and performance in sports apparel and equipment. Our brand assets—including our name, logo, colors, and designs—are valuable intellectual property that help customers identify our products and services.

These guidelines are designed to help partners, retailers, media, and customers use our brand assets correctly and consistently, while protecting our trademarks and intellectual property rights.

Trademark Usage

Proper Use of Trademarks

Always use the Korperpflege® name as an adjective, not a noun or verb (e.g., "Korperpflege® products" not "Korperpfleges").
Always use the ® symbol with the Korperpflege name on first or most prominent mention.
Never alter, distort, or modify the Korperpflege® logo in any way.
Maintain adequate spacing around the logo to preserve its visual integrity.
Do not incorporate the Korperpflege® name or logo into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use Korperpflege® trademarks in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Korperpflege® without explicit written permission.

Do not use Korperpflege® trademarks in connection with any unlawful activity or to encourage unlawful activity.

Do not use Korperpflege® trademarks or similar variations in domain names, social media accounts, or other online identifiers without permission.

Authorized Retailer Guidelines

Authorized retailers of Korperpflege® products must adhere to the following guidelines:

Sell only authentic Korperpflege® products obtained through authorized distribution channels.
Present Korperpflege® products in a manner consistent with the premium nature of the brand.
Do not alter product packaging or remove tags/labels from Korperpflege® products.
Follow MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies as specified in your retailer agreement.
Use only approved marketing materials or obtain approval for custom materials.
