Returns & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Undergarments
  • Sleepwear
  • Items returned due to personal preferences (e.g., color, fit, or change of mind)

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Send clear photos of the item and packaging to contact@korperpflegecollection.com for quick assessment.

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

All return shipping costs will be covered only if the error or damage occurred on our side.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

If your return is approved for reasons other than a damaged or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method (PayPal, Afterpay, or bank card).

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider for processing updates.
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@korperpflegecollection.com and we'll assist promptly.

6. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet entered processing, please contact us immediately.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.
