Our 2-Day Return Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 2 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Log into your account, find your order, and select "Return Item." Alternatively, contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Step 2: Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original receipt or packing slip with your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item following our return process.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.
